5. API Keys and Third-Party Services

TaskFlux allows you to store API keys and credentials for third-party services. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
• TaskFlux stores your credentials securely but cannot guarantee absolute security
• You must comply with the terms of service of all third-party services you integrate
• TaskFlux is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party services using your credentials
• You should regularly rotate your API keys for security purposes

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using TaskFlux. By using the service, you grant TaskFlux a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the service.

All content, features, and functionality of TaskFlux, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by TaskFlux and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

TaskFlux strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service unavailability.
